Calm Club – Journalling

Journalling is a great way to express your feelings and emotions – only for you to read!

It doesn’t take much to get started! All you need is something that you’re comfortable to use, for example, notepad, graph paper, sketchbook, journal, mixed media paper, plain paper, etc.

Find the perfect time for you to reflect your feelings or the events that took place throughout your day. It could be at the start of the day for a few minutes or at the end of the day.

Personally, I write in my journal every Sunday morning because that’s when I feel relaxed with my hot chocolate and marshmallows!
