This lesson you will be able to decide which figure you want to make. I suggest you have a look through the pictures/videos First to decide which one you want to do. You will need to save half of each block of your coloured icing for our next project. To stop it from going crusty and hard I suggest wrap it in cling film and pop it in the sealing bags provided.
