An online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people is available here.

There are a number of well being apps that you may also find useful. You can download then on Android and Apple devices. Here are a few suggestions – Headspace, Calm, Aura and Stop, Breathe, Think.

If you need someone to talk to you can call or e mail Pause – see the poster below. Based in Birmingham, Pause is a support service for anyone under the age of 25. Children under the age of 14 will need an adult present during the call. Parents and carers can also contact Pause for advice about ways to support their child.
