Monday- Geography

Tuesday: Lesson One- Drama

Today, we would like you to re-tell a story through drama. You could choose your favourite story from home to re-enact. You may wish to make puppets to re-tell your story or you might dress up and act it out yourself! Alternatively, follow this link to re-tell the story of ‘The Three Billy Goats Gruff’. You could upload pictures of your fabulous acting and upload them to the Cloud for a Marvellous Me badge!

Tuesday: Lesson Two- PE

Wednesday- Geography

Today, you are going to be completing a research about Scotland. Watch the video below to see the different types of landscape that you can see in this part of the UK.

What a gorgeous country! There are so many interesting places to visit in Scotland but I have chosen just a few places for you to research today. You can either research all of the landmarks below or you could just choose one landmark to focus on. Your task is to create either a poster on your computer or in your workbook. You could even create a Powerpoint presentation. Include some photographs or sketches and some facts about your chosen landmark/landmarks. You could use the ‘VisitScotland‘ website and GoogleEarth for information and pictures. You may find other websites for information but check with your grown up before using them.

Thursday- Lesson One: RE

We are going to be learning about some of the main Buddhist symbols in today’s RE lesson. Watch the video below to find out more!

You have a choice of activities this afternoon or, if there is time, you could complete them both.

Activity one

Create an information page about the three Buddhist symbols from the video above. You could sketch each symbol and write a sentence about what it means to Buddhist people.

Activity two

Create your own symbols for things that are important to you. You could create a symbol to symbolise your family, friends, pets etc.

Thursday- Lesson Two: PE

We were going to be completing some work on circuit training in PE lessons this half term. The video below gives you lots of fun exercises that you can do in your house. Choose your 5 favourite exercises from the video and make an exercise routine with them. You could spend 2 minutes on each exercise and give yourself 1 minute of rest in between.

Have a go at the curling game below! You could play by yourself or compete against your grown up or sibling!

Friday: Lesson One- Drama

At school today, we will be completing our drama session with Lucy! Here is a link to the lesson. There is some partner work involved so you could either work with somebody in your house or choose which part you would like to play.

Friday: Lesson Two- Music
