Baking and covering a cake

This will be our last cake lesson. I hope you all have enjoyed these lessons and will continue to create wonderful masterpieces (maybe for somebody’s birthday or Mother’s day) of cupcakes and icing.

In this lesson, you will have to follow the instructions to bake your own cake. I advise you to bake the cake the day before you need to cover it; it gives the cake chance to cool down before creaming.
