Staying mentally healthy.

It’s difficult staying at home all of the time. You might be missing school, your friends or clubs that you used to go to. It has been a long time since we have been able to meet up with others and you might be feeling angry. Sometimes, it is difficult to express your feelings. Everyone feels angry at times. Take a look at these emotion scales. You might want to print one off to help you talk about your feelings at home.

Young Minds is a charity dedicated to helping children. They have a website which you can visit if you need any help or support.

Childline is another charity who can help you if you feel that you have any worries that you would like to talk about.

The CAMHS website, has lots of useful links and resources. You might find lots of these books and videos helpful. You might want to look at them with your parents too.

Staying physically healthy

It’s great to exercise , it keeps you fit and healthy and can make you feel much better too.
