        1. Chima let’s look at each question, one at a time.
          The first question has 15/8 – 1/2
Now you will notice the denominator is not the same. Your first job is to make it the same. Now using your multiplication knowledge, you should be able to work out that the fraction 1/2 is equivalent to 4/8.
The reason why it is 4/8, is that I have multiplied the fraction 1/2 by 4.
So now I have a calculation 15/8 – 4/8. This is much easier to calculate now, because the denominators are the same.
          so 15/8 – 4/8 = 11/8

    1. Hi Scarlett,
I have had a look at the link and it is not working. I have now removed it. Try to write the introduction without the template. In tomorrow’s lesson I will provide an example of one, so that you make a comparison with it and your own work from today.

        1. Hi Elliot, I have had a look again, and have removed that link that isn’t working.
I think it might be best if we try to write our introductory paragraph independently today, and for tomorrow’s lesson, I will provide an example of one so that you can make comparisons.

          1. Thanks, we found another one. I’ve finished all my work and my dad will upload it soon.
