Thank you for the awesome posters from Lacey S, Poppy, Ava W, Riley and Freddy.

Today we will be writing about some of the wonderful images from the book. We will look at them together, create some sentences and then see what you create on your own. Enjoy and I can’t wait to see what you create! The images are below to view. You will write a short paragraph about the final images. Concentrate on creating quality sentences that flow together to create a story for each image.

Fantastic work in yesterday’s lesson everyone. You all have a good understanding of volume and all seemed to enjoy finding the volume of containers; Especially Ava W!

Today, we are continuing to look at measuring volume. The lesson today will explore both millilitres and litres and show you how many millilitres are in a litre. Watch the videos, work through the lesson with me and then download and complete today’s worksheet.

Any questions, just pop into the comment box and we will help you. Enjoy!

I would like you to use these recyclable items to build a sculpture, model or create a collaged picture. It can be whatever you want it to be. You might want to collage a sea creature out of cut up plastic and cardboard. You might want to make a model of a house using boxes or maybe even a plastic bottle rocket! Be as imaginative and creative as you can. I can’t wait to see what you make for this challenge.
