Feedback from yesterday is to make sure that when using a subordinating conjunction to start a sentence, you always put a comma before the second clause. For example,
As the horse was scared, he galloped away.
Because the horse was scared, he galloped away.

This week we will be listening to and discussing the poem I am a Roman Soldier. We will then perform it with actions and then create our own poem based on the Roman poem about Captain Sir Tom Moore. Today sit back and listen to the poem. you can download it and read along while I read it.

Feedback from yesterday is, when doing picture graphs, to always make sure you know the unit of each individual picture. In yesterdays lesson some represented the unit 1 and some 2. Lots of you noticed this and completed your work correctly. Well done!

Today, we will be continuing our work on graphs. We will be constructing our own bar graphs from data. We need to make sure that we look carefully at the direction that the bars on the graph need to go in when completing our work at the end. There will be some video clips for you to watch to help you along the way.

    1. I thought it was sad too. I felt like it showed how we people get excited at the thought of war but then they realise how scary war and fighting is.
