This afternoon is a SNOW DAY! You are free to go out and play in the snow if you can. Below are some activity ideas to make the most of the snow! Make sure you wrap up warm if you are going outside.

  1. Play – there are so many options! Snowball fights, snow angels, sledding!
  2. A winter scavenger hunt. Have a look at the scavenger hunt list – can you go for a walk and spot all of these things?
  3. If you can’t get outside (or if the snow has already started to melt!), why not try to make your own snow at home. Find the instructions here.
  4. BBC Good Food also have a whole page of fun indoor activities you can try at home, such as making your own bath bombs, slime or play dough. Find more ideas here.
  5. If you have some bicarbonate of soda, washing up liquid and food colouring at home, you could try this really fun snow volcano. Find instructions here.

Whatever you decide to do, have fun and send us lots of photos!
