Year 6 Thursday 11th March

Good morning Year 6 and happy Monday.

Welcome to our virtual page. As our bubble is having to isolate, we will maintain a routine which is as close as possible to a normal school day. New lessons will be uploaded every day and I am available in the comments section should you require any support.

We hope you enjoy today’s lessons.  Do send us in photos of your work using the buttons on this page, and remembering to include your name! And, please stay safe.

From Mrs Bridges

PE

There are a few options for your PE sessions, each day.

  1. Follow along with Joe Wicks, on his YouTube channel here, where he has a variety of sessions for you to complete.
  2. Check out the activities on Coach’s PE From Home page here and choose one (or more!) to complete.
  3. Go for some exercise outdoors, whether it’s a walk, a jog, a run or something else (all in your garden, of course).
  4. Choose an activity from Youth Sports Trust. You can find a list of fun activities here.

If you are able to, please take photos or videos of whichever activity you choose and upload to Twitter @hillstoneps (include your name and year group) so we can see what you are getting up to!

    1. Oh my goodness, that is a lot! Make sure you don’t overdo it Mitchell. I would like to see you back safe and well on Monday πŸ™‚

    1. I wouldn’t worry about that question Mitchell. It will be difficult to do without graph paper, so have a go at the other two working deeper questions instead πŸ™‚

    1. Good morning Ruby πŸ™‚ I had a look for your mood board yesterday. There was a PowerPoint document but no name on it, with mostly black and white images. Was that yours?
