Year 3 Monday 25.01.21

Today is slightly different to normal. Please start the day with your normal English and Maths, but then, take the time in the afternoon to enjoy the snow. We would love you to tweet us any of you pictures from your snow day.

We will start with writing then maths. Have fun in the snow and then there is a story to wind down to whilst you warm back up.

We had some fantastic work on Friday. So well done if you sent yours in. these are just some that we would like to mention because of the great effort that they out it. Today, we are going to continue to exploring fractions. In today’s lesson, we will be looking at parts of a set. This will involve you dividing practically, like you have done before in school. It would be really helpful to have some counters (homemade if needed) or small objects that you can share out to hand. There will be many help videos for you watch along the way so that you can see a demonstration.

  2. Hi its lacey , i made a really big snowman yesterday at my allotment and it was really cool . I also had loads of snowball fights . I’m ready to do todays school work it sounds fun! πŸ™‚
