Short TED Talk Video: “The secret to giving great feedback ...

Feedback from yesterday would be to keep an eye on where them apostrophes are placed. A lot of children dropped the correct letter appropriately but then the apostrophe was floating randomly in the air above a different letter. The apostrophe must be in the place of the dropped letter not just floating in the air above the word randomly.

Hello and welcome to Tuesday’s writing lesson. Today we will write the the final section of the story.

Mrs Parr’s RWI group use the support sheets below to give you some visual support.

Short TED Talk Video: “The secret to giving great feedback ...

Feedback from yesterday is to make sure that you remember that the size of the lines doesn’t change the size on the angle. Make sure that you are trying to use a ruler as much as possible when drawing lines that make an angle.

Today, we are going to be looking at finding angles in shapes. There is a sheet of 2D shapes ready for you to either print out (if you can) or look at. We are also going to be doing some investigating to see if we can find some patterns between the number of sides and the number of angles found on the inside of the shape. There will be some video clips for you to watch to help you along the way.

Any questions, just pop into the comment box and we will help you. Enjoy!

Watch the video below to find out what you will be doing.
