  2. Good morning everyone, Zaion has been watching bitesize for5-7 year olds on cbbc and is now ready to start his work on here, hope you all have a good day

    1. Good morning, Zaion! It’s lovely to hear from you. I hope you’re all keeping safe and well. Let us know if you need anything and share your work with us if you can πŸ™‚

  3. Mia completed sounds, reading, spelling, red words and handwriting. Mia watched the Maths videos and attempted to complete the worksheet, which required printing to complete. We could not get the draw option to work.

    1. Wow, Ehtisham!! Your work is fantastic, well done!! That’s a lot of work complete and I can see you’ve worked so hard, I’m so proud of you! Your poster was super. Keep it up! πŸ™‚

    1. I’ve just had a look, Zirwa and WOW! What a big improvement in your writing. Your handwriting is much better and you have made sure you’ve used the sounds you know, great work! You’ve also done very well with your maths work, this will really help you tomorrow as we look a bit further into halving.

    1. Super work, Mia and Jack! It is Monday morning, I think we can make an exception, especially as they’ve still worked hard and completed their work! πŸ™‚

  4. Ella has been enjoying today’s lessons especially learning about half in maths and has made amazing progress on her speed sounds too and speech therapy exercises. Huge improvement with her effort this week. Think her sister set an amazing example last week and Ella is trying to follow this week with a better attitude. It’s difficult for Ella with me working as I have to navigate her through Virtual schools and tasks which continually takes me away from my work and I can’t always spend time talking her through everything – but she has definitely been trying to focus more today and get work done that I have given her. Will send work through this evening.

    1. That sounds great. Well done, Ella, a super attitude to learning! The learning does not have to be completed in the exact order we give. It’s absolutely fine to give Ella the tasks she can do independently whilst you are working and leave those that do need some support to a time that suits you. For the virtual school to work at its best, it is important that it fits in with you, your family and your routine. It sounds like Ella is making good progress. Thank you.

    1. Fantastic maths work, Jacob! A Marvellous Me badge is on its way to you shortly. I’m very impressed. Maths is certainly one of your strong areas!

    1. Wonderful, thank you Marie! You have completed some fantastic work today. Your writing looks lovely and you’ve really thought about your sounds, even going back to correct some parts. Super work!

    1. Hello! Yes it is. Mrs Chudleigh would like this group to focus on a specific group of the set 3 sounds and the children should also continue to be exposed to sounds they already know confidently in the reading link as this will improve their blending and fluency. πŸ™‚

      1. Fantastic. That’s fine, short bursts for Ehtisham will be best. Focus on just three lessons a day: maths, RWI and the English lesson with large breaks in between. Feel free to send over some of his work if you can to the email and I can give you some feedback. Keep it up, Ehtisham!! πŸ™‚

  5. Good Morning. Ella has woke up in a positive mood about homeschooling for once. She was up and ready and doing the Joe Wicks PE session brilliantly! I think she did way more Burpees than I could complete!! She is sat at the dining table working hard now πŸ™‚

  6. Good morning Miss young we are here and ready to learn again 4 more days til we are back in school on Friday we are so excited we’ve missed you!

    1. Good morning, Jack and Mia! You worked so hard last week I can’t wait to see another great week from you. We’re looking forward to seeing you on Monday!

      1. So glad I commented was going to bring them in on Friday πŸ˜‚ they are just finishing their breakfast and then they will start their work

        1. Scarlett is pink! Mrs Chudleigh did send out a text to everybody so if you didn’t receive it, it might be worth checking with the office that they have the correct contact details πŸ™‚
