Let’s warm up our arithmetic skills with Place Value Basketball. Select ‘Up to 99.’ How quickly can you count the 10s and 1s? This will help you when counting money today.

This week in maths, we’ll be learning to tell the time. We’ll start with a recap of telling the time to o’clock and half past.

  1. Hi Miss, my work is now on cloud. We didn’t have any empty cans for drums so use used plastics tubs. I filled one with water to see if it made a different sound. See what you think when you watch my video. Let me know.
    My favourite poetry was aliens sold my underpants.

    1. I have checked, and Charlie was going to start the Off Read Write Inc at the start of term. So if he has a go at those activities signposted for Off RWI that is great. If he finds them tricky he could always revisit some of the work for Blue/Grey group (although we would like him to have the challenge).

  2. Good afternoon. I’ve uploaded Antonia’s work into the cloud. As she finished writing her own version of the Queens hat yesterday, she has only read it out loud .

      1. I have uploaded Moutasim’s Maths work for today and his English work from yesterday. He has already done times table rockstars and is currently doing his English work for today.

  3. Rashane finished his work and uploaded. He is now plying Time table rockstars game . This week started reading “ The frog prince “ book.

  4. I have uploaded Mia’s maths. Mia started it in her exercise book before the schedule was added by Mrs Sheehan and doesn’t want to transfer to the worksheet now. Hope that’s ok!

    Drama and Art is also uploaded for Topic.

  5. I’ve sent Isla’s maths and topic work to you. She has loved looking at the clock and telling me the time throughout the day. She has enjoyed the maths game, lots of spelling and reading to.

  6. Lucas spent 10 minutes playing the Mathsframe game
    and has done his english and some of his maths homework today.
    he will do some more later today.

  7. I’ve done spellings and drama with Bhav. I loved acting like a monster, my monster was happy when its given chocolate. Mom has sent my work 😀
